Speedclad exceeds repeat business targets with new tranche of work
Speedclad has secured a new tranche of curtain walling and glazing projects with key client, Winvic Construction.
Speedclad is set to carry out the design, supply and installation of curtain walling, windows and doors on the following:
Grange Park, Plots A & B, Northampton (top image). This £16m scheme by Goodman Developments, will deliver two speculative build distribution units of 281,000 sq ft and 153,000 sq ft on this commercial park in one of the most sought after logistical locations in the UK.
Prologis Park, Sideway, Stoke on Trent. Sideway is essentially an extension of Radial Park outside Stoke town centre and has planning for a 640,000 sq ft benchmark 'One World' sustainable industrial scheme. Speedclad's contract covers the development of a new distribution unit on the site, including gatehouse and hub offices, and our package will also incorporate installation of brise soleil.
Prologis Park, Dunstable. Prologis Park has an enviable location with direct connectivity to the M25 and M6, as well as dual carriageway access to the M1, and has attracted commercial giant, Amazon, among its high profile occupiers. Speedclad will be carrying out works to Amazon's existing warehouse.
Bidvest, Leigh Road, Slough (bottom image). The new 117,400 sq ft distribution and storage unit on Slough Trading Estate will also incorporate high quality office accommodation, enabling food service provider, Bidvest, to make the facility both its lead distribution centre and new headquarters.
